Holy Spirit, MD, Emergency Room specialist
An ambulance pulled up to Heaven's Holy Hospital. Hurriedly they rushed YOUR spirit to the Emergency Room. Laid you out on a table. Hooked you up to a heart-monitoring machine. FLAT LINE! Alas, your heart had turned to cold, hard stone. You lay there, beyond hope, dead as a doornail in trespasses and sins. Suddenly the ER doors burst open and in came Holy Spirit, MD. Ignoring all indications that you were a hopeless case, Dr. Spirit went to work. With hands of love He gave you a heart transplant. Removed your heart of stone. Replaced it with a heart of flesh. Infused your spirit with NEW life. Then BORNED you again, unto eternal life in Christ Jesus.		(God said:) "...I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh (Ezek 11.19b, KJV) And you He (God) made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, (Eph 2.1, NKJV) (Jesus said:) "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing..." (John 6.63a, NKJV) Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. (John 3.5, NKJV)

Holy Spirit, RN, pediatrics care specialist
(God said:) "On the day you were born your cord was not cut... nor were you washed with water to make you clean nor were you rubbed with salt or wrapped in cloths... Then I passed by and saw you kicking about in your blood, and as you lay there in your blood I said to you, "Live!" (Ezek 16.4, 16.6; NIV) not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit (Titus 3.5, NKJV) I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth... (Lk 15.7a, KJV)		The very instant you were born again, Holy Spirit, RN, washed you clean of the blood and slime and stench of your sin, then placed you in the waiting arms of God your Father. As your Father cradled you to His breast, joy and celebration broke out among all the angels across the far reaches of heaven. A CHILD WAS BORN unto the Father. YOU!

Off to nursery school you go!
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. (2 Cor 5.17, NKJV) For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ (Philip 3.20, NKJV) (Lord Jesus said to the Father:) ""I do not pray that You should take them (Christians) out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one... As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. (John 17.15, 17.18; NKJV)		And thus you became a new creation - a Christian! - in Christ Jesus. You had become God's own beloved child. Heaven was rightfully your new home - forever. But a child of God needs to grow in spiritual strength. To learn to resist the evil. To strive to do the good. And Christ's nursery school for teaching those hard lessons is the world called Planet Earth. And so your Savior sent you back into the world. But you would not make that perilous journey alone. No, you would have a traveling Companion.

Holy Spirit, temple dweller
As Jesus sent you back into the world He asked, "Who will go with this child, to guide and care for her/him?" And Holy Spirit gladly cried, "Here am I. Send Me!" And so Holy Spirit became your lifelong companion... your comforter your teacher your guide your protector He dwells within you even as you are reading this.		Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? (1 Cor 3.16) Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? (1 Cor 6.19) And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, "This is the way, walk in it," when you turn to the right hand and when you turn to the left. (Isa 30.21)
YOU are Holy Spirit's temple! As you journey through life, pause every so often and say to yourself: "I am Holy Spirit's temple. Do I regard Him as my Landlord? Or do I regard Him as merely my tenant?"
